Join Chef Masai May for a guided, interactive charcuterie class where you’ll learn how to build a beautiful board from start to finish. We’ll break down cheeses, accompaniments, and flavor pairings while you sip on a curated wine tasting designed to complement each bite. All of it set to a laid-back R&B playlist that makes the night feel easy, social, and fun.

Your ticket includes a take-home cheese board, the full wine tasting, and a 90-minute guided class. Space is intentionally limited, and this one filled up fast last time, advance booking is strongly recommended.
